We often become fragmented people due to trauma, denial or just ignoring parts of ourselves. Our souls can leave our energetic bodies. We sometimes do this to survive and sometimes it works: we survive but we become fragmented and then we cannot move into being the person we were always meant to be.

Most of my life was spent outside of my body. I did not feel worthy, I did not love myself, I was raised that way, to always be second best and deny my feelings and emotions. It was such a relief to realise that. I have experienced first hand what it was like for my soul to be returned to me, this wasn’t something I could do for myself, I needed help and so now, it is time for me to help you!

These sessions are hard but only because we are facing your darkness, we let it in. I don’t need to know your story, you don’t have to share it but with the help of my spirit guides I will find and ask your soul back in. My guides have been pushing me for many years to offer this but it wasn’t until I stepped into my power as a Woman and healer that I opened up to this powerful opportunity. That is what I want for you, to step into your power and you so can.

You can truly BE in your body because then you start the journey towards healing, towards love, towards the light and towards standing in your own damn power.

There maybe tears but there will be strength, unity, power and hope.
